Once in a Lifetime

Paul O'Connell's last time to sing Ireland's Call in a green jersey and he did it beside a man wearing Newbridge RFC socks. What an iconic moment for Samuel!

Congrats Samuel!

The photo above shows a very happy Samuel Berney Treacey (junior member) having a laugh with Jamie Heaslip in the back of a Land Rover. Jamie had earlier announced to a shocked Samuel that he had been chosen by Land Rover and the Irish Team to be their Mascot for the upcoming Rugby World Cup game against France in the Millenium Stadium. Samuel had earlier in the summer submitted a video to Land Rover making a case for himself to be chosen. Congrats & best of luck Samuel from all of us here at Newbridge Hockey Club!
